Tone your body and focus your mind while practicing at your own pace with a specialised program built for your personal needs (including injuries). Be assisted to move more deeply into positions and further your flexibility.

"I'm not flexible" is not the reason you shouldn't do yoga, but rather the reason to start.

"I don't have time" is an indication you are not high enough on your priority list.

  • How much do private sessions cost?
    Session prices start from 400 AED for up to 2 people with no additional fee. Group and corporate sessions are quoted on a case by case basis.
  • What is cupping massage?
    Silicone cups are used to create suction resulting in increased circulation to problematic areas. This type of massage penetrates the superficial layers of tissue and helps with minor tensions, ailments and blockages. Please note, it does leave bruising in areas of more intense stagnation.
  • Where will the sessions take place?
    Often I meet my client's at their homes however they have the option to come to me, choose an outdoor location or rent a studio for an additional cost.
  • Which type of yoga is best for me?
    This is really based on your personal preference and my recommendation dependent on your goals. We will build a program together to ensure you're getting what you want out of your practice.
  • I have an injury. Will yoga help?
    In most cases, yes, yoga can help to speed the recovery of injuries however each person must be assessed and a personalised program must be built with the injury in mind. Private sessions are recommended so that you can constantly communicate with me as to what feels good and what does not so we can adapt consistently to your needs.
  • Who should practice yoga?
    Yoga is really for everyone and every body! No matter what your ability level, age, gender or occupation, with consistent practice you can dramatically increase your flexibility and strength, aid recovery from injury, lower stress/tension and significantly improve your mood all whilst improving posture and body tone.
  • I would like to join a group class. Do you teach at any studios?

  • How does Sound Healing work?
    Our bodies are 70% water in which sound travels well. Sound waves produced by singing bowls penetrate the tissues of the human body resulting in pleasant sensations, similar to manual massage but for the organs. Each atom, cell, tissue and organ in the body has a natural vibrational frequency that when unbalanced results in illness and/or physical/mental/emotional discomfort. The vibrations of these bowls can rebalance these frequencies bringing the body back to health.
  • What is Sound Healing?
    Sound Healing is a style of therapy that uses the sounds created by traditional Tibetan singing bowls to slow down brain activity and to promote the transition from the active beta state to the alpha state - wakeful relaxation - or even theta state- deep relaxation and sleep.

  • What are the benefits of Sound Healing?
    Physical effects: deep relaxation, muscle regeneration, pain relief (i.e. muscular, nerve, headaches/migraines, etc.), improved blood circulation, better sleep, detoxification and increased immunity​ Mental/emotional effects: relax your mind, alleviate emotional pain, improve concentration, increase self-confidence and positive feelings of self, creativity and productivity.
  • What can I expect from a Sound Healing session?
    A session is approximately 60 minutes long. Laying comfortably on a yoga mat with a pillow and blanket, the journey starts by bringing you into a state of relaxation through guided meditation and transitions into the use of sound where bowls are placed on and around the body.
