Half Primary Series with technical explanations and modifications for beginners. For those familiar with the practice, feel free to use this as a guide and take extra time in those poses that are explained. For those who are just starting out, feel free to take your time with it and know that stamina doesn’t develop overnight. This means you can build up to every vinyasa and until you’re there, do as much as you can.

A deep stretch flow focused on internal and external rotation of the hips with some longer holds and repetition to increase opening and flexibility.
